Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

For Self Drive Bookings –
a) Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours.
b) If booking is cancelled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.
c) In case of No show, 50% of the total fare will be charged.

Credit Card Payment:
Chauhan Taxi Services Pvt Ltd is authorized to charge the final bill amount upon the completion of your service. In case of “No Show” or “Cancellation”, Chauhan Taxi Services Pvt Ltd will be authorized to charge retention as per terms for No show and cancellation.

Refund Policy
Refund will be made within 2-4 working days after cancellation upon payment as per the cancellation policy.

You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy.
